 Ordering Information
  • Orders are accepted from qualified medical healthcare givers, hospitals, pharmacies, medical wholesalers, and government agencies. If you are not sure, please contact us. Consumers should contact their personal healthcare professional or local hospital. 
  • Items may be ordered direct through VersaPharm by mail, E-mail, facsimile, telephone, or electronic data interchange.
  • Customer Service hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), Monday - Friday.

Minimum Order
  • $200 or more required per order. Orders less than $200 may be returned to customer or be subject to a shipping charge.
  • Items must be ordered in multiples of minimum shipping units.
  • Orders less than minimum shipping quantities may be increased to the required minimum.
 Shipping
  •   Items in stock will be shipped upon receipt of order.

  • Orders shipped outside of the mainland U.S. may incur additional shipping charges.

  • Shipping errors must be reported to VersaPharm within 5 days after delivery.

Billing / Terms
  • All orders are invoiced when shipped.

  • Terms: Net 30 days.

  • A service charge may be added to invoices after 30 days.

  • All shipping and handling fees (if any) will be added at the time of invoicing.

 Returns
  • Items should be returned to the source from which they were obtained.
  • Items may not be returned for credit or exchange without written authorization.
  • A Return Authorization Code is required for return and may be obtained by contacting Customer Service.  This Code must appear on outer shipping containers.
  • Returns, except for shipping errors, must be shipped prepaid.
  • Expired items within six months of the expiration date may be given a Return Authorization Code.
  • Returned items may be subject to a disposal processing charge.
  • Unopened items only will be accepted for return.
  • VersaPharm reserves the right to issue credit or provide replacement goods.
Credits
  • Credits for returns will be issued at current prices or prices invoiced, whichever is lower.
 Price Changes
  • Pricing and Policy changes may occur without prior notice.
  • Pricing at the time of order acceptance will govern pricing on invoices.
